Jessica Pierson is a lifelong Oklahoma resident. She brings a broad, interdisciplinary perspective to the practice of law, combining legal knowledge with experience in organizational development, business operations, and talent development in the creative and athletic communities. Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, and her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Scholar. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and a practicing attorney at Wellman & Grant Estate Law in Oklahoma City.

Before entering the legal profession, Jessica built a career working with organizations, entrepreneurs, creative professionals, and athletes; helping people navigate complex decisions, develop talent, and build systems that support long-term growth. She brings that practical, people-centered perspective to her legal work, with a particular interest in helping clients use the law proactively to protect what they have built and create new opportunities.

Outside of her legal practice, Jessica is a U.S. Figure Skating Coach, and Director of the U.S. Figure Skating Aspire Program at Blazers Ice Centre. She also serves on the board of the Oklahoma City Figure Skating Club.
